Someone who has resided in Delhi I would definitely say March & April the best months to visit Delhi.
This is because October to November there’re are winters which themselves are not the issue since temperature easily remains bearable.
However, winters bring severe air pollution, which makes Delhi not worth visiting at that time.
Moreover, Delhi is also not worth visiting from May to July (due to scorching heat ☀️) & August to September (due to 🌧️ rainy season ).
